INAUGURATION OF NAKILAT-KEPPEL OFFSHORE & MARINE SHIPYARD - QATAR - 15/12/2010

We are very pleased to announce the official launching of our exclusively represented principals Nakilat-Keppel Offshore & Marine (N-KOM), Qatar’s premier offshore and marine facility jointly developed by Keppel Offshore & Marine Limited (Keppel O&M) and Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd (Nakilat), which was launched on 23 November 2010 by the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, and Singapore’s Minister for Trade and Industry, Mr Lim Hng Kiang. The ceremony was attended by various partners of both KEPPEL Offshore & Marine and NAKILAT and leading ship-operators. The event was attended by our Mr. Tim Giavridis and Mr. John Giavridis.

The construction and operation of the Shipyard comes as a continuous implementation of our principal’s KEPPEL O.& M.'s strategy of “ Near Customer, Near Market”.
